All products are made to order. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive plus shipping time. Fabric and Ribbon colors may vary by lots. We try to get items as close as possible. 

When ordering please figure production time and shipping from Illinois to your home. If you have special request or needs please use the contact tab to send me a special request.   I love custom orders!!

All items on my website are custom items. No refunds or returns for any reason. Please make sure you enter all information very carefully. Contact me if you have questions.

If you are a local customer and want to order off my website but PICK UP at my shop you can enter coupon code LOCAL and you will not be charged shipping. Same production time for all items and I will notify you when ready to be picked up!! Such a great feature for my local customers!!
